You are applying for Social Member status at The Mayfield Social Club at Voyeur Nightclub for the 2019 calendar year.

If approved, your Mayfield Social Club Social Membership will be valid for 2019.
Your membership is good until December 31st, 2019.

Membership entitles the holder to:

  • Get in for free to any Voyeur event Sunday-Wednesday (might not include special events or outside promotions but discount rates should apply.)
  • FREE ALL NIGHT on Thursdays (excludes special and charity events.)
  • GET IN FREE BEFORE Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (excludes special and charity events.)
Hours and Assessments may vary seasonally and Voyeur / Mayfield Social Club reserves the rights to alter this agreement.

Description

Social memberships to the Mayfield Social Club is annual, beginning on Jan. 1 of every year and ending on December 31st.

Membership Committee votes every Friday afternoon and your application must be under review for at least 24 hours. Enrollment periods end every Thursday at 6PM. If approved and voted in, your 2019 “KEY” will appear in your app. You can log-in using the information your created your account with.

If your ID/license is expired- include a new scan or clear photo of your ID: State Driver’s License or Passport.

If your email confirmation says “NULL” or is blank in the ID SCAN section, your application will be placed on hold as incomplete. You can email a clear state license or passport photo to admin@mayfieldsocialclub.com but please include your order number in the subject line.

Please use your valid email address that you originally applied with.
