Social memberships to the Mayfield Social Club is annual, beginning on Jan. 1 of every year and ending on December 31st.
Membership Committee votes every Friday afternoon and your application must be under review for at least 24 hours. Enrollment periods end every Thursday at 6PM. If approved and voted in, your 2019 “KEY” will appear in your app. You can log-in using the information your created your account with.
If your ID/license is expired- include a new scan or clear photo of your ID: State Driver’s License or Passport.
If your email confirmation says “NULL” or is blank in the ID SCAN section, your application will be placed on hold as incomplete. You can email a clear state license or passport photo to firstname.lastname@example.org but please include your order number in the subject line.

All Sales Are Final, but should a refund be necessary, a $4 processing may be deducted from the amount.
