Social memberships to the Mayfield Social Club is annual, beginning on Jan. 1 of every year and ending on December 31st.
Applications are processed weekly and the membership committee votes on Friday.
Enroll by 6PM on Thursday and use your membership on the weekend (subject to Membership Committee approval.)
Welcome letters are sent out on Friday (as late as 9PM) but just in time for the weekend.
A scan or clear photo of your ID (State Driver’s License or Passport) proving applicant is 21 years of age or older is mandatory. Applications will not be processed without a license scan and you will need to re-apply after 15 days.

All fees are final, but should a refund be necessary, a $4 processing may be deducted from the refund amount.
